People disappear everyday across America. Sometimes never to be found. Such is the case with a Bay County Teenager.
Five years ago, 19 year old Elizabeth “Beth” Prescott disappeared from her Callaway apartment. The mystery has never been solved, but investigators haven’t given up and neither has her family.
Beth’s father, Vincent Pagliacetti says he can’t believe five years have gone by. He misses his only daughter and prays for closure.
Donna Pagliacetti says everyday is hard. “We try to function, day by day, Pagliacetti says, she’s out of sight, but never out of mind”.
The last one to see Beth alive was her husband Coy. He said she was home when he went to work, but wasn’t there when he came home. Authorities believe she may have walked to the Callaway Wal-Mart to buy her husband a birthday present. Only her purse and fifty dollars was missing, and she didn’t drive. Investigators are treating the case like a homicide.
Her family is asking that anyone who may know something or remember something to please call so they can find justice for Beth. CrimeStoppers has billboards with Beth’s picture around the area, hoping someone will call anonymously with information. You can call 785-Tips if you know anything.
