The months of November through February are a popular time for winter vacationers to head to the Panama City area.
But with all the cold it’s easy to forget that many come to the panhandle to escape harsh winter weather.
News 13 spoke with a few snowbirds Sunday to find out how they feel about these freezing temperatures in the Sunshine State.
