Girl’s Gone Wild founder Joe Francis will be back in Bay County next week.
Francis is being ordered to appear in federal court for a civil suit filed against him by four plaintiffs relating to using them in sexually explicit video tapes while they were minors. Their attorney is asking the court to grant a default judgment in the case because Francis is being uncooperative.
They claim that Francis; would not reveal surveillance of plaintiffs he claimed to have citing attorney client privilege, claimed he had documentation to prove others in the girl’s gone wild operation were responsible but did not produce any materials, frequently used attorney client privilege or claimed impeachment evidence to avoid testifying, and claimed to know nothing about his finances or who to get the information from.
The hearing is scheduled for Friday November 20th.
