Mark Mulligan has a long history in Bay County. His family originated in the Panhandle and he continues to call Panama City home. The longtime Independent is running for U.S. Representative District Two as a Republican. The seat is currently held by Democratic Incumbent Congressman Allen Boyd.
Mulligan says he has the skills necessary to help solve some of the problems facing our country. Mulligan, an FSU Panama City Campus grad, says his strengths are in research, analytical and planning. He says he believes in smaller government and feels America needs to become energy independent.
