The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Andrew Cullis Hoffman, 62 years of age. Hoffman is being charged with two counts of Grand Theft.
Two seperate victims filed a report with the Panama City Police Department in reference to the Grand Thefts. Both victim’s alledged that their boats were being sold on consignment with the Ole Lighthouse Marine located at 1113 St. Andrews Blvd.
The boats were sold on May 17th and June 5th 2009. One boat was valued at 15, 000 dollars and the second was valued at 35,000 dollars.
After attempting for several months to get the funds from Hoffman, both victims filed a report.
Hoffman was arrested on December 10, 2009 and charged with the above two counts of Grand Theft.
