The wheel this week lands on 23 year old Leon Wesley Barfield. He is 5’9”, 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Authorities say Barfield entered a business on 1st court in Panama City numerous times without the owners permission. The incidents happened between September first and October 26th.
Investigators say while inside the building, Barfield intentially stripped the building of all wiring and removed the insulation down to the copper.
They say he sold the material for about 18 thousand dollars.
Leon Wesley Barfield also reportedly violated his community control regulations. His last known address is listed on East First Court in Panama City. If you know where he is, call CrimeStoppers at 785-Tips.
