The Wheel of Justice falls on a Bay County suspect this week. He is 22 year old Billy Don McCall.
McCall has brown hair and brown eyes. he is 5’7” and 165 pounds.
Authorities say McCall was video taped milling around a parking lot off of West Highway 98 near a storage shed that was burglarized back in March. They say he was seen manipulating the surveillance camera at a nearby business away from him. He was identified from the tapes, resulting in the burglary charge.
Investigators say in April, Billy McCall did knowingly and intentially commit sexual battery on a victim who was too intoxicated to consent. His last known address is listed as Beck Ave. in Panama City.
A cash reward of up to 1,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of Billy Don McCall II. Call CrimeStoppers at 785-Tips.
I think this “Wheel of Justice” article would be more effective if you all would post the subjects picture in it. Only a third of Bay County fits the description.
