A suspect remains at large in Walton County from Operation Valley View, a series of simultaneous, pre-drawn raids across Northwest Florida and Southeast Alabama.
Officials say late Friday night the Walton County Sheriff’s Office arrested Chrissy Nicole Clark for possession of crystal-methamphetamine with intent to distribute along with other charges. She was one of two people who eluded authorities during operation valley view.
Authorities are still searching for 55-year-old Billy Ray Blane. He is described at 5’11, about 154 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
CrimeStoppers of Walton County is offering a reward of up to $1,000 leading to Blane’s arrest.
Walton County Officials are also still looking for a man who escaped custody.
40-year-old Dwayne Iverson Owens escaped in the Valley View community. He has long brown hair and weighs about 220 pounds.
