Thirty-Three People Arrested During Three-Day Sting Operation

The BADGES Task Force conducted a three day operation during the week of December 13, 2009. Investigators conducted several undercover drug operations. During the operation a total of 33 people were arrested resulting in 52 felony charges as well as 19 misdemeanor charges being filed. The following people were arrested and their charges are listed:

• Timothy Lyle, 51 years of age, charged with Purchase of Cocaine.

• Anthony Eugene Hightower, 28 years of age, charged with the Purchase of Cocaine.

• Gene Wade Campbell, 43 years of age, charged with Purchase of Cocaine

• Johnny Lee Jones, 60 years of age, charged with Purchase of Cocaine.

• Cynthia Jordan, 48 years of age, charged with Purchase of Cocaine.

• Pquetta Evette Jones, 53 years of age, charged with Purchase of Cocaine and Tampering with Evidence.

• Jose Hernandez, 59 years of age, charged with Purchase of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana (less than 20 grams), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Robert Torres, 45 years of age, charged with Purchase of Cocaine and Tampering with Evidence.

• Damien Terrell Johns,17 years of age, charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute.

• Eric Oneal Sims, 24 years of age, charged with Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Resisting Officer Without Violence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Fictitious Identification.

• Glenn Allen Halstead, 29 years of age, charged with Principle to the sale of Cocaine and Violation of Probation.

• Randall Lamar Williams, 39 years of age, charged with Sale of Cocaine.

• Loring Spencer Jones 44 years of age, charged with Possession of Cocaine and Resisting Officer without Violence.

• Stephen Jabbar Sloan, 36 years of age, charged with the Sale of Cocaine.

• Jeffery Lamar King, 27 years of age, charged with the Sale of Cocaine and Illegal Use of Two Way Communication Device.

• Derrick Allen Shivers, 29 years of age, charged with the Sale of Cocaine.

• Vernon Eric Parrish, 43 years of age, charged with the Sale of Cocaine.

• Melissa Sue Long, 29 years of age, charged with the Sale of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Barbara Ann Zackery, 64 years of age, charged with the Sale of Cocaine.

• Christopher Lashun Cunnings, 27 years of age, charged with the Sale of Cocaine and Illegal Use of Two Way Communication Device.

• Lashawn Demetrius Fuller, 23 years of age, charged with Possession of Cocaine With Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana (less than 20 grams), Resist Officer Without Violence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Ray Antonio McNeil, 19 years of age, charged with Carrying a Concealed Firearm.

• Algernon James Deloach, 19 years of age, charged with (2) Two Counts of the Sale of Cocaine.

• Victoria Sylvana Phillips, 38 years of age, charged with the Purchase of Cocaine.

• Miguel J. Hatcher, 28 years of age, charged with Principle to Possession of Cocaine With the Intent to Distribute, Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Marijuana (less than 20 grams), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Joshuwa Oneil Robinson, 25 years of age, charged with Principle to Possession of Cocaine With Intent to Distribute.

• Joe Tyson, Jr., 48 years of age, charged with Trafficking in Hydrocodone, (2) Two Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Without a Prescription, Illegal Use of a Two Way Communication Device, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and Obtaining a Controlled Substance by Fraud.

• William Ray Shirah, 20 years of age, charged with Possession of Marijuana (less than 20 grams), (2) Two Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

• Jason Alan Rogers, 29 years of age, charges with (3) Three Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Without a Prescription, (3) Three Counts of Possession of a New Legend Drug Without a Prescription and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Jon Nicholas Whitworth, 54 years of age, charged with Possession of drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, and Violation of Probation.

• Keith Lewis Lein, 51 years of age, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Without a Prescription, and Possession of drug Paraphernalia.

• Mitchell Quintin Grady, 27 years of age, charged with Possession of Imitation Cocaine With Intent to Distribute, and the Manufacture of Imitation Cocaine.

• Willie Daundre Tripp, 28 years of age, Illegal Use of Two Way Communication Device, Sale of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana (less than 20 grams), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
