The Bay Area Drug Gang Enforcement Squad, also known as BADGES, announces multiple arrests following a drug operation. On December 28, 2009 members of the task force arrested the following subjects:
• Christopher James Foster, 28 years of age, charged with Possession of Cocaine with intent to Sell, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine With Intent to Sell.
• Paul Baird Foster, 28 years of age, charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia • Stacie Nicole Braxton, 29 years of age, charged with Principle/Accessory to Purchase Synthetic Narcotic (Oxycodone) and Use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony
• Joshua Allen Lloyd Shinsky, 24 years of age, charged with Principle/Accessory to Purchase Synthetic Narcotic (Oxycodone) and Use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony
• Michael Anthony Puckett, 35 years of age, charged with Principle/Accessory to Purchase Synthetic Narcotic (Oxycodone), Child Neglect Without Great Harm, Use of a Two Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony, and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
